Weekend Adventure Guide
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, approx. 18 hours. Additional weekday hours are also available (but not required) based on private group bookings and special events!
Starting Pay: $14.00/hr with opportunities for pay increases based on experience and performance.
As an Adventure Guide, you are the face of Midwest Adventure Park! Your focus will be on safety, customer experience, and keeping the fields ready for action.
What You’ll Do:
- Host & Guide: Lead groups and players to their designated fields and ensure everyone is having an absolute blast.
- Safety First: Clearly explain and strictly enforce all park safety rules to keep our guests secure.
- Field Maintenance: Assist with daily field setup and upkeep, including pulling up netting, maintaining bunkers, and general groundskeeping.
- Equipment Care: Help clean and prep rental equipment so it is in top shape for the next group.
What We Are Looking For:
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Physicality: Comfort standing, walking, and performing physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Reliability & Communication: You must be dependable and able to communicate rules clearly and positively to groups of all ages.
- Experience: No prior paintball experience is necessary! We are completely willing to train the right people.
